APPLICANT CRITERIA
DiBar Enterprises generally looks for the following criteria when screening for tenants:
- Credit Score of 600 or above (although some exceptions may be made).
- Good work history with reachable references.
- Positive rental references that can be reached.
- Savings and or Checking accounts with verifiable balances.
- No less than one month’s rent and deposit and move in fees in the bank.
- Monthly gross Income of 3 times the amount of monthly rent.
