DiBar Enterprises generally looks for the following criteria when screening for tenants:

  • Credit Score of 600 or above (although some exceptions may be made).
  • Good work history with reachable references.
  • Positive rental references that can be reached.
  • Savings and or Checking accounts with verifiable balances.
  • No less than one month’s rent and deposit and move in fees in the bank.
  • Monthly gross Income of 3 times the amount of monthly rent.
